Music and Mince Pies

We had a lovely afternoon of music, mulled wine and mince pies on Saturday, 2nd December 2023. The music was provided by The Woodshedders (Culter Men's Shed), Hazlehead Ceilidh Band led by Susan Simpson, and Scotch Broth.

Culter Gala

Saturday 27 May 2023 was Culter Gala Day. We set up our coconut shy decorated in the gala theme, Knights Templar Medieval Mayhem. I am sure you will agree that the stall looked splendid and we got 2nd prize for best decorated stall! Thank you to all who supported us and had fun trying to win a coconut!

Coronation Teas

Sunday 7th May saw the season opening of the Heritage Centre and Heritage Teas. Despite the dull, drizzly weather, we were very well supported by the Culter community and beyond. We served afternoon tea to over 100 people in the Heritage Hall and around 80 people visited the Heritage Centre. Thank you if you were one of our visitors!

Music and Mince Pies

Saturday 10th December was a splendid afternoon of festive entertainment. Despite the icy weather, a large crowd attended Music and Mince pies in the Heritage Hall. Entertainment was provided by B Natural, SC&T Youth and Scotch Broth. We were also treated to mulled wine, tea/coffee and mince pies/shortbread. Definitely a date for you diary in 2023!

Culter Masons Plant Commemorative Tree

Leuchar Masonic Lodge planted a tree in our Heritage Hall garden on Saturday 10th December.

It was to commemorate the life and platinum jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and also to commemorate the centenary of the Lodge in Peterculter.

The Masons plan to put up a permanent plaque in the new year and we look forward to seeing the flowering cherry bloom in the spring.

Jubilee Re-opening Tremendous Success!

Sunday 5th June saw the long awaited return of St. Peter's Heritage! On a gloriously sunny afternoon, crowds flocked to enjoy a splendid afternoon tea and to visit the museum.

Over 100 people were served tea and 80 people visited the Heritage Centre. If you were one, thank you for your support.

We are open every Sunday now, until the end of October.
